Hey! I’m madi

I’m twenty-seven and married to the love of my life, Briar. We met in passing at a bank in 2017, eloped in 2020, and have built the sweetest life together. We have four of the most wonderful pups in the world Lane, Noah, Mack, and Henry. I love them all so much and can literally talk about them for hours, so I am sure you will hear plenty of stories about them during our sessions together! We have are not able to have our own biological children, thanks to infertility, but we absolutely adore our niece and nephews. We are also starting our journey in foster care.

I graduated from Cherokee County High School in 2015 and went straight to Gadsden State Community College to become a registered nurse; I graduated the program in 2018 and have been a nurse ever since, but now I am a full-time photographer!

Some things I love are home decor, reading romance books, watching Love Island, making TikTok vlogs, binge watching Sydney Adams and Holley Gabrielle on YouTube, eating pasta, and snuggling on the couch with my dogs and husband while watching a movie.

My story began with a camera.

I have always loved pictures, but I was used to being the one in front of the camera. Growing up, my mom always took pictures of my sister and I all of the time…literally. My photography journey started in 2015, that’s when I picked up my mom’s camera and started Madi B’s Photography. I loved taking pictures of my friends at fun locations. I didn’t keep up with it long because I was accepted into the nursing program and knew that I wouldn’t be able to put the effort into it like I wanted.

If you know me personally, you know that I have suffered through a lot of loss within the last 5 years. Losing my sister and my dad really pushed me to start my photography journey again, I wanted to capture moments that you want to remember forever. I bought a camera in 2022 and started Honey and June!
